PharmaDiagrams is made by Blynksolve, a pharma process company run by engineers in Ireland. We build the source of truth for the working drawing: the standards-correct PFD or P&ID as it moves between a CDMO, its client, and their vendors.
Why we built it
The drawing that crosses the boundary had no home.
In pharma, two systems own the record. Your validated DMS (Veeva Vault, ValGenesis) holds the approved drawing. Your plant CAD holds the engineering master. Both are real systems of record, and neither is going anywhere.
But the drawing does not sit still. It moves between you, your client's QA, and your equipment vendors, and it keeps changing as it goes. While it is live, it belongs to neither system. It ends up in emailed PDFs, photographed redlines, and a Visio master on one person's laptop, and nobody can say which revision is current.
That gap is what we built for. One live document everyone works from, every change attributed and time-stamped, until it is approved and filed in your DMS. We hold the drawing while it is in progress. We do not try to replace the systems that keep the approved record.

Engineers, building for engineers
We come from pharma manufacturing, not generic diagramming. The tool speaks the language you use (redline and as-built, walkdown, loop, tag, line list, revision cloud) and it is built around how that work moves, not bolted onto a generic flowchart tool.
Honest about what we are
We are the working record, not your validated system of record. We say so plainly, because a regulated buyer does not forgive an overclaim. Every claim on this site is one we can stand behind in a vendor review.
Narrow on purpose
PharmaDiagrams is not a tech-transfer platform or a record system, and we are not trying to make it one. It does one job, the standards-correct drawing as it crosses the partner boundary, and we would rather keep that job sharp than blunt it by chasing the next one.
