Who pays
Reviewers are always free.
Every other diagram tool bills per collaborator, whatever their role. A pharma review involves 5 to 15 people who only need to look and comment. Charging for them would put a price on review itself, so we never do. You pay for editors; everyone who only views or comments, your reviewers, is free.

Questions about pricing
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. The full editor, the ISA-5.1 and ISO 10628 symbol libraries, share links, comments, and version history are all free. No card, and no IT ticket to get started.
- How many people can edit for free?
- A Free organisation includes two editor seats, plus unlimited viewers and commenters. When you need more editors, or an organisation-wide rollout, you talk to us.
- Are viewers and reviewers really unlimited?
- Yes, at every tier, including Free. A pharma review pulls in QA, validation, project management, and your vendor. They are there to see and comment, not to author, so we never put them on the bill.
- Does the free plan expire?
- No. It is a real plan, not a timed trial. Use it for as long as you like.
- Is the audit trail behind the paid plan?
- No. Every plan gets version history with a tamper-evident hash, on the working record itself. Enterprise adds electronic signatures for formal sign-off, with a 21 CFR Part 11-aligned audit trail behind them, plus audit-log export for your records.
- What does Enterprise cost?
- It depends on your rollout. We scope it with you: the sites, the people, and the governance you need, such as SSO, central provisioning, and a data processing agreement. Request a demo and we will walk through it.
- Where is my data, and can I get a DPA?
- Your drawings are hosted in the European Union on every plan. A data processing agreement is available for Enterprise customers on request.
- Can I take my work with me?
- Yes. Export any drawing as a PNG to share, or as a JSON file that imports straight back into PharmaDiagrams with no loss. Your work is always yours.
